ABOUT THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROJECT
The Community Support Project, created by The Original Red Bus, is our commitment to supporting a range of local community groups & charities throughout the summer months.
Through this new initiative, we pledge to donate Five Euros from every applicable booking, to dedicated community groups & charities, that work tirelessly in the communities we operate. All these incredible organisations rely on the generosity of their volunteers & supporters to function, and in these difficult times as the saying goes… “every little helps”.
This is our chance to support the communities that have supported us for over 18 years!
By choosing the The Original Red Bus, you’re not only enjoying fabulous, award winning tours, you’re also helping make a meaningful difference to a range of great causes in Cyprus.
HOW IT WORKS
– We provide a unique QR code to each group we are supporting.
– When you scanned the unique QR code our site software tracks & registered this.
– Now simply place a booking and join us on one of our three great tours.
– We will then donate to your chosen community group!

Paralimni Dog Pound Rescue & Rehome is a volunteer-led dog rescue based in the Famagusta district of Cyprus, dedicated to giving abandoned and unwanted dogs a second chance at life.
Run entirely by passionate, unpaid volunteers, the charity rescues dogs from the local pound and provides them with a safe place to stay while they await their forever homes or loving foster families. Every dog receives the care, compassion, and attention they deserve, helping them recover and prepare for a brighter future. As a registered charity, Paralimni Dog Pound Rescue & Rehome relies entirely on the generosity of supporters. Fundraising events, donations, and the dedication of volunteers help cover the costs of food, veterinary treatment, medication, shelter maintenance, and the day-to-day care of the dogs.
Every donation, every volunteer, and every adoption makes a real difference, helping to transform the lives of dogs in need, one wagging tail at a time.
